Jon Leuer – 1-2 Months Out (Sprained Left Ankle)

Comment:

Leuer’s natal Mars-Uranus opposition indicates a tendency of the individual’s body to act unexpectedly, “convulsively” leading often to accidents and injuries that could otherwise be avoided. It’s an unbalanced manifestation of physical energy surplus.

The transit of Mars activated that tendency and the sprained ankle was the result. Leuer’s Mars will be afflicted by Saturn during 2018, which means it will be a tough year for his body and basketball performance.

We have a Saturn Return when Saturn completes a full cycle and returns to the same sign/degree of our birth moment. That happens to everyone around 28-30 years old, and it signifies maturity, the official passing to adulthood. If often comes with limitations, responsibilities and a critical slap in the face to put you back into your place in case you weren’t mature enough.

Two significant aspects influenced Jackson’s chart. The transit planets in Capricorn created an opposition with natal Jupiter, which must be playing a prominent role in his chart, regarding health. We could confirm that if we knew his time of birth. Moreover, Uranus is applying a 2° conjunction with his natal Sun. Uranus always brings unexpected crises.

T-Square:

• Transit Saturn in Sagittarius in square with natal Mars in Libra and in opposition with natal Sun in Cancer.

Comment:

Transit Saturn created a t-square with Kormaz’s Sun and Mars. Both these planets are related to the body and vitality and a t-square is one of the hardest aspect in astrology, so some kind of serious limitation was expected (2017-18 predictions) for Korkmaz. The Turkish player is also the first one with planets in cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) who is affected by the incoming Saturn in Capricorn (entered Capricorn on the 20th of December). Those signs are the ones who will be mainly challenged in 2018 and 2019.

Tim Hardaway Jr. – Out Indefinitely (Left Leg Injury)

Comment:

The Sun is the core of our personality and it also represents life force and physical vitality. When Saturn creates a hard aspect with the Sun, the individual always experiences some form of grounding and limitation in order to rebuild an aspect of his/her life. The same applies with Hardaway’s injury. It’s a classic Saturn square.

Mercury in Sagittarius near the same degrees triggered the injury and the fact that it went retrograde after that, prolonged the process.

Cody Zeller – Six Weeks Out (Left Knee Surgery)

Comment:

It would be great to know Cody Zeller’s time of birth in order to see which House Jupiter governs in his personal chart. Jupiter is a symbol of freedom, limitless expansion. The transit of Saturn put a hold to that by grounding him with a surgery.

Kenneth Faried – Starting, Playing Well

              Event:

• Mid November – Mid December 2017: Kenneth Faried was receiving minimal playing time in a Denver squad with many bigs. But the injuries of Jokic and Millsap, promoted him to the starting lineup with a lot more minutes. Faried’s Sun is in the late degrees of Scorpio and it is quite possible that the influence will continue, possibly manifesting as a trade or a similar situation.

Faried’s playing time increase and promotion started when Jupiter reached the 8° of Scorpio, just 2° off his Mars. As expected (prediction list 2017-18), he is playing rather well and producing a regular double double, as always when given time.

Andrew Harrison – Starting, Performing Well

Jupiter always finds a way to offer enhancement, depending on the person’s chart, overall personality and consciousness .
